If you have connected your Facebook or Instagram account to Meraki RAG Intelligence and would like your data removed, follow the steps below.
Option 1 — Through Facebook:
Go to your Facebook account Settings, then Apps and Websites, find Meraki BIP Social, and click Remove. This revokes access and triggers deletion of your associated data from our systems.
Option 2 — Direct Request:
Email help@merakislove.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will confirm receipt within 48 hours and complete deletion within 30 days.
Upon a deletion request we remove your social media access tokens, any cached profile information retrieved from Meta platforms, your account record, and all associated content from our platform database.
