Privacy notice: Managed RAG quote requests
Who I am
Meraki is Love, LLC, doing business as Soulful Tech. hello@merakislove.com reaches me directly.
What I collect
The answers you type into the quote form, including your name, business name, email, and the details about your documents and setup. I also keep a one way scrambled version of your connection address, made with a secret value only I hold, so I can limit how many requests one connection can send. I do not store the address itself.
Why
To prepare a written quote and to contact you about it. I do not sell your information or use it for anything else.
What I do not collect
No payment details. Please do not paste client or customer details into the form. Describe the type of information only.
Who handles it for me
Supabase stores the request. Vercel hosts this website. Resend delivers the alert email to me. Cloudflare Turnstile runs the bot check, and it sees technical signals from your browser to do that.
How long I keep it
Quote requests are deleted 12 months after you send them. If I never quote you, they are deleted at the same time.
Your choices
Email me at the contact address and I will delete your request. Ask for a copy and I will send you what I hold.
