Meraki Is Love, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Meraki BIP Business Intelligence Portal (merakibip.com) and related services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information for visitors, prospective clients, and platform users.
We collect information you provide directly to us, including name, email address, business information, and content you upload to our platform. We also collect usage data, log data, and information from third-party social media platforms you connect to our service.
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, process transactions, send communications, and comply with legal obligations. We use connected social media account data solely to provide the social posting and analytics features you have authorized.
Our platform connects to Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Pinterest, and Google Business Profile on your behalf. When you authorize these connections, we access only the permissions you grant and use them solely to provide the services you have requested. We do not sell your social media data to third parties.
Our platform uses the Pinterest API to provide Pinterest posting and analytics features. Meraki BIP is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Pinterest in any way. When you disconnect your Pinterest account from our platform, we delete the associated access tokens and any Pinterest-derived data we stored on your behalf. We do not resell, redistribute, or otherwise share Pinterest content or Pinterest-derived data with any third party.
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Social media access tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-CBC encryption. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who assist in operating our platform, including Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (AI processing), and Resend (email). These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at help@merakislove.com. You may also revoke social media permissions at any time through your respective platform settings.
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the platform.
