These Terms of Service govern your use of the Meraki RAG Intelligence platform operated by Meraki Is Love LLC. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms.
Meraki RAG Intelligence provides a business intelligence platform including AI-powered chat, lead prospecting, social media management, and Google Business Profile integration. Services are provided on a monthly retainer basis.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may use our platform only for lawful business purposes. You may not use the platform to send spam, violate third-party terms of service, infringe intellectual property rights, or engage in any fraudulent or deceptive activity.
When using our social media posting features, you agree to comply with the terms of service of each connected platform including Meta, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, and Google. You are responsible for the content you publish through our platform.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to our platform. By uploading content, you grant Meraki Is Love LLC a limited license to process and store that content solely to provide the services you have requested.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting help@merakislove.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days. Some data may be retained as required by law.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
Meraki Is Love LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the three months preceding any claim.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your access will be revoked and your data will be deleted within 30 days.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
